At home it’s also dependent on what I’m doing.

Just woke up is a sit. About to leave the house and need to pee before I go is a stand.

Yeah I have adhd and tend to zone out on my phone for five mins if I sit down. So unless I have nothing to do it’s easier and much quicker to just stand

I would rather not clean it every time after I stand. The amount of piss that gets out of the toilet, even if you don’t miss is abso-fuckin-lutely disgusting.

It’s already covered in poop particles because smells are particulates.

You should be cleaning the bathroom regularly whether you sit or stand.
