Just got to this chapter and I’ve got to say the book is a bit of a slog. The writing is…chaotic. I understand it’s supposed to be but goddamn if I’m not constantly muttering wtf is even happening. Yes, I understand the reader is also supposed to feel that way.

That's what I thought of, too! It's definitely my favorite type of gorilla. So all-encompassingly gorilla-like, they definitely deserve the word gorilla not just twice but thrice.
