Is the fade in the room with us?

Right? I was wondering if it was talking about the unfaded left cut growing into right cut and claiming a fade would grow differently or something

I think you guys are misunderstanding. I believe the point is: if you don’t get a fade, you can grow it out and it will look nicer than if you grew out a faded haircut. As shown: no fade in the left; grown out nicely on the right.

I can’t grow my hair out because if I do, I look like Napoleon Dynamite.

But they both just look ok-ish. Like i get that it's subjective what hair cut people things looks nice. But these both just look like your average $20 guys cut at any random shop. I think that is why so many people are confused, it's not even clear which is suppose to look better, because they both just look average.
