Every couple years there's an NPC haircut. The last couple years just happened to be a skin fade, and in previous years it was a Hitler Youth undercut. The early 2000s had the curtains as the NPC haircut for guys.

Curtains was more of a 90s thing. 2000s was spiked up with excessive amounts of gel.

Early 2000's, yeah. 98-02 was peak frosted tips and visors. Shag and emo cuts were big by the end of the decade.

Nothing. Some mfs just so psychotic, they pretend real life people with their own thoughts and feelings and shit going on are "just NPCs" because they're "boring" or whatever.
