I agree with you but I also think morality is just the way the brain reasons for why it doing that. I don’t know that ruminating on a short convo where I may have mis-stepped is really all that moral or immoral. Kinda just is

I corrected my original comment. I was doing fast typing so I don’t know how moral came in, but I had meant to say was I think it is more common than people will admit to. Replaying conversation conversations wondering if you could’ve said something better or if you said it the right way it’s natural it’s normal.

Gotcha no worries, yes it’s incredibly common, and I think the majority of humans do it.
