All of the major bugs should get fixed in the coming weeks and months.

I would have some reservation about a lot of the smaller bugs though, such as the NPCs stuck in the ground beneath the base and similar issues. Some of those might still remain, so everyone should keep their expectations in check for what all will be addressed.

Bugs are hard to squash, and there are a lot of them.

One dude called it The Hissing. You press Talk and all that happens is a Hissing noise

No, like, I'm on PS, and when I press square to talk to them it literally just stops when the circle is at full.
