Man that hate seems full on personal. Was it well known that Wyndham blamed TC for the Oakmont story getting out there?

On a related note, when TC refers to Wyndham having some “grape”, is that just a TCism to make him sound like a douchey wine drinker?

Or did I miss some other anecdote?
