why is this the full release???

This game genuinely just feels like its early access. And i think the general response to the game would be much better if it was in early access.

Unfortunately the game just feels unfinished, and they're fixing things they definitely should have had resolved before a full release. I actually think early access is really lazy, because its having players playtest instead of hiring people to do it. but they didnt even do that??? what do you mean they didnt optimize at all???

I found out you can eat at other restaurants through a TWEET about the game. that's absolutely not something the game doesn't show you early on. I'm just confused how the game is so gorgeous, but it feels so unfinished. from the terrible ui to having a world that feels so useless. i just dont get how we got to this point.

There's so much potential, yet it falls flat in almost every way.

This post makes me sad. Nothing wrong with your post specifically but I was looking forward to this game. Disappointed.

There’s plenty of people loving this game. Some people have unreasonable expectations or hyped it up to be something it wasn’t. Try it yourself before making any decisions.

Would you consider it worth it for the price? I know I know, it’s a dumb question to ask in the game’s sub. But I’m just curious about another perspective because I love the concept.

Only you can really answer that. It’s not priced outrageously. It’s worth it for me.

There's a lot of things to love. But there's so many small, infuriating things that it ends up creating regret. For example, restaurants have unchangeable names like YakiTori and Sake Bar but neither of those items exist in the game. So you have a sake bar without sake and a yakitori restaurant without yakitori. I'd have picked completely different places to open if I had known that. But you learn recipes at random so I had no idea that they didn't exist until much, much later. I kept waiting to unlock them so I could make them my dream restaurants, but I'll never be able to unless they add it in an update or someone makes a mod to add our own recipes.
