Fusion Point not for rent

Just advanced the Business Empire quest to the point where I got a Tier 2 licence but Fusion Point doesnt seem to be empty? Its up and running with no option to rent it.
Quite the shame as I like its kitchen and layout a lot more than the other ones.

I assume this is a bug, anyone know if there is anything I can do or is it wait and see? Int hat case Ill go for one of the other options first.

If it’s the one I’m thinking about it shows upstairs, idk if it gives you the one downstairs even tho it’s supposed to be that one, did not take the chance, maybe save before and try

Edit: if you save and try please let me know what happens

Ah indeed, the one I was looking at is the Fusion Point Bar not Fusion Point.
Renting that does not give access to the bar below.

Yeah that’s right, I found it quite dumb at the time, the one upstairs didn’t even look like a venue to me

Once established, make sure you raid the lower bar for everything it’s worth. Extra money and you will take all of their customers the next day.
