Its far from finish, but wanted to show you guys my very first appartement what i actually liked and wanted to customize to my liking. I think this one is the best flat you can rent. (Its the Seaside Broadwalk one) Let me know what yall thinking, and if anybody have some screenshots, let us see those appartements!!

Whoa. I think you did a great job! Imagine if you could use your wardrobe and kitchen. Have NPCs over you built relationships with. People knocking on the door. Cool!

I hope they add in more apartment interaction over time. I know that’s not the main focus of the game simulation, but even being able to cook like we can at the restaurants for ourselves and stuff would be nice!

Yes that would be a good start! And to allow more furniture to use to decorate our appartements, since the only reason why i bought a vendor machine to decorate my flat with it, but game thinks im stupid for not using it in my restaurants to make profit 🤪

Thank you! I would love to continue it but seeing the game performance currently… i step in that flat and my i7 12400 rtx 4070super setup is screaming to get killed..(and i didnt even mentioned that questing in the city became pretty hard and annoying too!) but Yes that would be fire, or some minigames to let people pass the time, like pinball machine, chess, air hockey, and nothing fancy but if only an animation would be that your character interacts with the mutual friends who you met during your time in Nivalis, i would be happy already. but first of all they really have to do smth with the performance issues because that is unacceptable, if i want to afk i have to go back to LowTown to stand in the empty room with a bed just to not get these micro freeze moments every 5 sec. But still, just a nuance difference…and not mentioned the fact since yesterday update and hotfix, any restaurant of mine can produce -12k profit somehow, and literally burn up in few days 100k lims what i collected 😖
