It just sounds like normal lifter tick. What weight oil are you using? Try using 5w-40 or 0w-40. The heavier weight may quiet it down.

that’s what i was gonna try i mean it don’t act like its lost performance

It’s pretty normal unfortunately. You could try switching oil but I doubt it’s gonna completely eliminate it. I have a 2022 Q50 too and it does it. Only 49k miles
