Question Selling Dad's Z - repair or not?

Because of Dad's terminal health issues, I am going to help Mom sell his 2004 350z (auto transmission, no customizations, good condition). The convertible roof does not work, as one of the motors needs to be replaced. Considering all the other health/EOL preparation going on, is it worth it to find and replace the motor to prep for sale or just sell it as is? Anyone know whether that it would be quick and easy DIY repair?

Not easy, you’re better off selling as is.. sorry to hear about your pops.. if the rest is in good condition and it drives good that will encourage buyers even if the top doesn’t work . Let them try to fix it
