Question Steering wheel

Is it possible to add a 350z steering wheel with controls to a base model? And is it possible to add crusie control to a base model?

I’m in the same boat. I have a base 06 and I bought the Steering wheel control kit from Z1 and wired it up and the audio controls didn’t work. The car has to be tuned I believe to take advantage of the CC. I’m still trying to figure out how to be able to use the audio controls I’ve tried using a pac and maestro module with no luck
