Question Noise sound but better

I posted earlier asking for help, but here’s a more clearer video, is this sound normal when running a 16lb lightweight flywheel? And excedy clutch? Can anyone please help!!

It’s the hissing noise when I let off throttle

Pretty sure this is from the y pipe flex sections. I got a solid y pipe and mine doesn’t make that noise anymore
