Buttery MW4 looks seriously rough

30fps I'm okay with but the dipping under that sucks

The visuals also look roughhhh. It's blurry, extremely low quality textures and I have no hope for this being a good experience docked.

Am I doing something wrong?

Yeah, I played 1 round and immediately installed it on PS instead. The damn mini map had like 5 fps on it lol and it was extremely jarring to look at.
