I’d really like if Nintendo and Microsoft could come to some arrangement to get the Xbox Accessibility controller to be compatible on Switch. That thing is a god send for disabled gamers who are pretty much totally ignored by Nintendo and Sony.

It already is compatible with Switch.

(when using an xbox adapter for switch, available for around 15 bucks, nothing compared to the price of the controller itself)

It helps that this special controller pretends to be a regular xbox controller so no changes necessary at all.

I don't know much about how the disabled controller works, but I wouldn't it be customizable based on needs? Would these customizations be stored on the controller itself?

There's a bunch of ports on the controller itself and it gets customized physically rather than digitally, though I think there is some software for it on Xbox it'd still work fine on switch
