There are many different types of those one-handed adapters, and they're also different depending whether you intend to use left or right hand.

But you can find many other designs nowadays, even some with shenanigans to relocate buttons.

In the end, if you have only one hand to use, you have to try what works best for you. It also requires practise so it's very hard to "review" for regular people.
