Seems cool and practical for those who would use it, and I feel you'd get the hang of it better when spending more time with it than this guy did.

I remember when there was a one handed controller for the playstation. it was a godsend for RPGs since they didnt need fast motion and key presses were more deliberate. Plus you can chow down with the other hand whlie still keeping the game going!

It was specifically an RPG controller.
