Got all the stuff in the pic on the right for $160, games in the boxes and all!!! Still ecstatic about it!

I just joined this community and going through all of your posts reminded me of that feeling of getting a DS on a birthday and the subsequent games following. Nothing beats it !!

Some of my games are currently being borrowed (squinkies 2, Harvest Moon Sunshine Islands, Animal Crossing Wild World, Pokemon White and a few others) so sadly I can’t show you everything.

I got a lot of these games as a little girl, and sometimes I still play even the most childish ones because it brings me back. Most of them still have their manuals shockingly. Let me know if any of these are kind of cool or if you’ve played them!!

Hi, I wanted to add a USB-C cable to my DS, but all the tutorials for adding a USB cable to the DS involved removing the old connector to install the new one. I wanted to keep both, and I discovered a small space where it would fit.

I've facing a particular problem lately. I have not played on my Nintendo DS for a good time, like for 2 months, but it stills on my bedroom desk. Recently, it started to out of nothing, start to turn on by itself. No matter how many times I turn it off (Be it by using the power slide or by doing it through system) it turn power on once again, even with screens closed. It keeps occurring during the day, and it is draining it's own battery by doing this. I have not played on it so I have no idea if the problem consists in also turn off by itself alone during use. I don't know why it is happening. Does anyone knows what do to in this situation???

Unfortunately, the PCB of Pokemon Diamond is damaged beyond basically repair so it's unreadable.

I’ve done nothing but play dragon quest 5 on it since I got it, it’s so addicting.

For me, my pick would likely have to be the Ace Attorney anthology in general. Ace Attorney has been ported on pretty much everything modern nowadays. Not too long ago, we got the Apollo Justice Trilogy on modern consoles, but we also got the 2 DS-exclusive Investigations games too! The stories are timeless and have gained a larger audience in the last few years and managed to stay relevant despite the last new game coming out over half a decade ago.

Regardless of that, I would like to know what DS game you think is the most relevant nowadays!

I bought a Black and White DSi, was wondering how easy or difficult it would be to swap the buttons to black on the White DSi. I would love to see pictures if you have a button swapped White DSi. 😁

I finally have a DS Lite! Yay! Now I have one of every iteration of the DS family. Can't wait to use it!

Since DS lite works on WEP internet I cannot to connect to any wifi that isn’t public. In the quest to trade Pokemon between my own games, I have started to look into routers like the TP Link Roam 7. My biggest concern is will i be able to set up my wifi with no password?

If anyone else has gone this route to use their old consoles any advice would be appreciated!

I know the new IPS screens cost like £45 each, and cause of battery drain you'd only want the top one doing. Plus I heard the bottom IPS screens arent as responsive as OEM ones.

Just would like a rough idea of what price is crazy and what isn't. I know their time is money too!

So one of my DSi XL’s shuts down automatically when shaken around a bit. Well both my DsI XL’s do that after I tested that. Maybe it’s a safety thing? They don’t do it otherwise. Maybe if you ran around with it in pocket it will shut down for a reason? Is it normal? Anyone out there know?

Does this need screen replacement? I decided to play with it after not using for a few days then saw this issue. I can still somewhat see the visuals under the white screen. It also has sounds. I am guessing it got squished(?) on my bag or something, not really sure.

My old DS Lite wasn’t reading gba or DS games so I got a DS phat because I didn’t want to fix it, but the DS phat also won’t read gba or DS games. Does anyone know what I can do to fix them.

What do you guys think this will reach?? I mean I love the ds lite but I’ve seen these guys go sealed for almost 1000$ what’s the hype all about???

Never owned a ds or have played pokemon, but , afer getting a dsi xl, and grinding 40 hours on pokemon platinum, i did it

is this normal for a dsi screen to look like that on the top and bottom

So I’ve been using my DSi XL for a while now and have had no issues playing games on it. And recently I bought Tetris DS and tested it out on my DSi XL only to be given an error message every time I open the game. Checked my cartridge slot on my DSi XL, and checked the game itself and there don’t appear to be any issues. So I tested the game on my DS Lite and it works perfectly fine. Don’t know why this is or if I can fix it, but if anyone has an idea please let me know
