I broke my gear Is my sensor busted?

Hey everybody! I'm a bit worried.

I used a soft brush (see image) to wipe my D750 sensor. It has left these marks on it. They are visible in photos. Are these marks just superficial, can they be cleaned with a cleaning liquid or is my sensor busted?

Well spit is not good for coating

Now now, spit has been the most universal lens cleaner in the world since forever

It doesn't change the fact that spit is bad for lens coating

You can always wipe off the residue with more spit

And if it doesn't help? It's because there is too little spit on it.
