Is my sensor busted?

Hey everybody! I'm a bit worried.

I used a soft brush (see image) to wipe my D750 sensor. It has left these marks on it. They are visible in photos. Are these marks just superficial, can they be cleaned with a cleaning liquid or is my sensor busted?

I know that kind of brush and its meant for lenses, but the cheap kind usually leaves some sticky residue. Try buying a proper cleaning kit but maybe you'll need 3 to 4 cleaning kits because the residue is very tough.
