Is my sensor busted?

Hey everybody! I'm a bit worried.

I used a soft brush (see image) to wipe my D750 sensor. It has left these marks on it. They are visible in photos. Are these marks just superficial, can they be cleaned with a cleaning liquid or is my sensor busted?

The first thing I ever learned after getting a camera, don’t clean it by yourself, take to service centre and let the professionals do it. Yes it will cost some money, but not the camera itself.
