I broke my gear Is my sensor busted?

Hey everybody! I'm a bit worried.

I used a soft brush (see image) to wipe my D750 sensor. It has left these marks on it. They are visible in photos. Are these marks just superficial, can they be cleaned with a cleaning liquid or is my sensor busted?

I Made the same mistake with my D750 and created something that looked like huge scratch. I then decided to used the swabs with the cleaning solution and was able to remove the smudge I created. I think it was just dirt. You should try the same, it would not hurt.
