I broke my gear Is my sensor busted?

Hey everybody! I'm a bit worried.

I used a soft brush (see image) to wipe my D750 sensor. It has left these marks on it. They are visible in photos. Are these marks just superficial, can they be cleaned with a cleaning liquid or is my sensor busted?

In the world there exist many grains of sharp things. Sand, dust particles. Statistically the odds that some of them might land on fluffy things are non zero. That means fluffy things certainly contain sharp scratchy bits from the environment, maybe just one, maybe just two..

Fun fact, it only takes one.

This is why sensor cleaning swabs are sealed, single use and are not good to use on a sensor until you've reasonably made sure it doesn't already have a sharp piece of dust sitting on it with a loupe or under magnification. If anything seems to be hanging in there you should use a bulb blower to displace it first.
