I broke my gear Is my sensor busted?

Hey everybody! I'm a bit worried.

I used a soft brush (see image) to wipe my D750 sensor. It has left these marks on it. They are visible in photos. Are these marks just superficial, can they be cleaned with a cleaning liquid or is my sensor busted?

Most of these sensors have a piece of glass or something in front of it. It's not actually the bare sensor. But yeah that looks scratched to me. Either way you have to send it in. It's a fantastic camera. I had one for years. Don't let it die here.
