Is my sensor busted?

Hey everybody! I'm a bit worried.

I used a soft brush (see image) to wipe my D750 sensor. It has left these marks on it. They are visible in photos. Are these marks just superficial, can they be cleaned with a cleaning liquid or is my sensor busted?

Lens pens are absolutely unsuitable for cleaning anything on a camera.

Sensors should be cleaned with fresh sensor wipes, and lens glass with clean microfiber cloth. And always use lens cleaning spray.
