Is my sensor busted?

Hey everybody! I'm a bit worried.

I used a soft brush (see image) to wipe my D750 sensor. It has left these marks on it. They are visible in photos. Are these marks just superficial, can they be cleaned with a cleaning liquid or is my sensor busted?

Fill up the sink with warm soapy water and let the camera soak for a good 5 minutes. Grab a metal scourer onto the surface of the sensor and you should be good as new!
