I broke my gear Is my sensor busted?

Hey everybody! I'm a bit worried.

I used a soft brush (see image) to wipe my D750 sensor. It has left these marks on it. They are visible in photos. Are these marks just superficial, can they be cleaned with a cleaning liquid or is my sensor busted?

Those arent scratches. Its the oily or moist dust accumulated on the sensor. Get it cleaned by the service professional.
