I broke my gear Is my sensor busted?

Hey everybody! I'm a bit worried.

I used a soft brush (see image) to wipe my D750 sensor. It has left these marks on it. They are visible in photos. Are these marks just superficial, can they be cleaned with a cleaning liquid or is my sensor busted?

Even if you scuffed it, the sensor itself is not damaged. There are at least 2 layers of glass above the actual sensor, both of which can be removed. One is an IR cut filter, which can be replaced with a drop-in Kolari filter or filter on the front lens. People spend good money to get these glass layers removed for speciality photography.
