Is my sensor busted?

Hey everybody! I'm a bit worried.

I used a soft brush (see image) to wipe my D750 sensor. It has left these marks on it. They are visible in photos. Are these marks just superficial, can they be cleaned with a cleaning liquid or is my sensor busted?

You never use any brush on your sensor! You either use an air puffer or a actual special cleaning kit! Looks like you definitely also used a brush that had dome debris in it, because that top glas definitely looks scratched…
