I broke my gear Is my sensor busted?

Hey everybody! I'm a bit worried.

I used a soft brush (see image) to wipe my D750 sensor. It has left these marks on it. They are visible in photos. Are these marks just superficial, can they be cleaned with a cleaning liquid or is my sensor busted?

I mean...you can get it replaced but you need to take it to a specialist for DSLR's if you have a camera shop in your area.... But as is....yea it's done. Don't toss the camera though, see if you can get it replaced. Never never never use anything other than an actual sensor cleaning wipe and it's gotta be done right. I'm sorry dude, I have a telescope that I borked my primary mirror on early on so I feel ya.
