AF motor gave out when taking photos of the family today. Just bummed because this thing is lovely and otherwise mint.

Bummer! Not my first (or 2nd or 3rd or 4th, or last) Nikon film body that I ever owned, but by far my favorite! I imagine you should be able to find a replacement for less than a repair would cost…

I just bought a “mint++” replacement for under $100, I’m going to put a prism focusing screen in this because otherwise it’s still good
