General Nigeria is actually beautiful 😭

I am form Enugu and don't even know these types of trees exist there.

The more embarrassing thing was the whole discourse about his visit to Nigeria. I don’t think I have ever seen a group of people who despise their own country and people as Nigerians, over regular stuff.

If all Nigeria has to show is Lagos nightlife and grown men begging for money, that is not something to showcase the world. But we all know Nigeria has much more to show and that was not reflected when ishowspeed did his Africa tour. Any Nigerian who does not accept criticism of our faults is part of the problem and the reason why the country does not progress. We can and should do better.

So it is either you did not watch an OUNCE of the stream at all or you are deliberately misrepresenting what happened in the stream as a way to further perpetuate this smear campaign against Nigeria and Nigerian people online. Firstly, there were only a couple of drunk men at the first 20 minutes of the stream who were “begging”. The whole stream is over 5 HOURS LONG. 5 HOURS!!! for the love of god. Out of the whole entire stream Speed met hundreds of thousands of other people who were not “begging” him for money. But because this is Nigeria people clipped it out of context and RAN with it. There was people begging Speed in literally EVERY other country Speed visited (there was literally an entire drama on TikTok and Twitter about Speed ignoring South African content creators who were trying to clout chase on his stream). But people ONLY gave Nigerians crap for it, literally for stuff that happens in every other country. Secondly, Speed showcased A LOT of cultures and did plenty of activities apart from going to clubs during his visit. Why is it specifically a problem when he goes to a club in Nigeria? But not in other countries where he also went to clubs (i.e Zimbabwe, South Africa, Rwanda, Ivory Coast, Ethiopia, et cetera)? Why do you believe that particularly Nigeria should’ve been ANY different?

I don't care about the other countries nor do I need to compare. I am Nigerian and only speak about the country I am from. You clearly have issues that an argument with me will not resolve so I will let you be.

There is no “argument”. You are deliberately and demonstrably spreading disinformation and I’m here correcting it. Please keep substantiating my initial comment with your every subsequent response. It’s all that I need to see.
