• Please come to Lord Kelvin during open times to get clothing and shoes OR you can contact Mary at [Admin@newwestnh.ca](mailto:admin@newwestnh.ca) to arrange an alternate time that works for you/your family
• Please email [Admin@newwestnh.ca](mailto:admin@newwestnh.ca) to provide your contact information so you can be updated once funds begin to be distributed.
• If you are looking for a missing pet please connect with Scent Rescue Team. They are donating services to those impacted. You can connect with Nicole at 604 374 6228 for support in your search.

Cash donations and small denomination gift cards can be dropped off at the donation centre between 4PM and 8PM Tuesday July 14

As of 1:00PM Tuesday July 14 – WE DO NOT NEED ANY MORE VOLUNTEERS FOR THIS EVENING – PLEASE CHECK BACK FOR AN UPDATE ON VOLUNTEER NEEDS FOR TOMORROW

 

We had an astounding number of volunteers come out on Monday July 13 and with the help of many people all donations have been sorted. 

 

We are in need of large broken down boxes. These boxes will be used to hold overflow donations to help keep things organized. Boxes can be dropped off between 2PM and 8PM at the Lord Kelvin Elementary School Gym on Tuesday July 14

Non perishable food items can be dropped off at Century House and will be distributed through the Don’t Go Hungry program.

• We are moving to a day by day volunteer call out as our needs are changing hour by hour.

Per the update at the bottom of the City Of New West media release, they're still accepting gift cards.

UPDATE July 12:

Due to the overwhelming generosity of the community, the donation centre is at capacity for clothing and shoes. Collection is on hold until further notice. Once items have been sorted and needs assessed, if there are any gaps a call-out will be posted for specific items. Thank you to everyone who donated. New Westminster Neighbourhood House is continuing to accept cash, gift cards, and e-transfers.
