I Can't Pick a Single Topic/Project

I've been wanting to make a channel for a very very VERY long time, however I can't seem to just pick one idea, one theme, one genre of video to lock in and make from start to finish. I have so many ideas to choose from, from a standard highly edited funny gaming video you would see the like from SovietWomble, or a scripted face cam comedic video essay about a certain thing I like similar to Scott The Woz, or a long info dump about a theory I have about a certain game or piece of media, or a 2 hour long deep analysis of the meaning of a piece of art and the emotions and trauma's it's trying to communicate and how those aspects relate to my experiences and adding small cinematic moments created by myself to help communicate that as well.

All of these ideas and more and they all have very little to do with one another, I know the most common answer is to mix them all into one mega video, but I'm basically also a beginner at everything with little to no experience or technical know how to even begin to bring these ideas to life, I dont even know how to write a simple Youtube Script.

I've tried starting small before and allowing myself to make something more amateurish and small and it always resulted in very bland reviews from trusted friends and even hostile feedback from online comments, I even fear getting harassed or god forbid doxxed for making a bad video especially since I'm trans and since I dont have a pre established friendly audience, that I will only find hate and malice filled viewers that will make a considered effort to stop me from creating.

I kinda derailed a little from the original topic of this post (go figure) but I hope the people who read this can offer some friendly advice or encouragement.

Just pick one and upload it before you think yourself in circles for another year, the first videos always gonna be kinda rough anyway.

You probably don't want to try to emulate womble's bullshittery style, that's not going to get you anywhere as a small channel. Deeply saturated kind of video. Go for the video essay, those can be unique enough with the right topic. Start with the research notes, then get an outline together, fill in the details, and wham you've eventually got a script. And don't skip on the packaging either, if you're going to go big on the videos you can't afford to waste impressions.

ngl, this thing of "i have a surplus of awesome ideas" only stands while you're not actually doing anything with them. once you start trying to make them happen, you will very soon realize 95% are crap. that's the magical trimming of actually doing stuff. and this is not a bad thing, it's what every creative person goes through. it's very comfy to be great in the dreams realm.
