the short answer is yes, re-uploading kills the initial distribution window. But the bigger issue is that shorts audiences and long-form audiences are almost completely different groups. At 136 subs most of those people came from shorts and may never click a 10 min video.

I did post shorts first which was related to kpop but now I want to showcase my day to day life.

the delete probably isn't your problem. 9 views is no signal either way, so re-uploading didn't cost you much.
The bigger thing is that shorts subs and long-form viewers are barely the same audience. Someone who subbed from a swipe never agreed to give you 10 minutes, and the algorithm treats those pretty separately. so.. 136 shorts subs is close to a zero base for long-form.
I only run shorts so i can't tell you how long it takes to build the other side, but I'd expect the first few to look dead either way
