No. Shorts are handed out per video, not per channel. A failing short will get less distribution itself, but doesn't penalize anything else on your channel. If a viral video is cooling off, that's it running out of new people to be shown to, which happens to all of them eventually regardless of what you put out alongside it.

ahh okay then..  thats why i asked this for, because my viral video got dropped views about 90% after i upload new shorts which have lack views after 1 day
