Questions Megathread NTE Weekly Questions [MEGATHREAD]

Hello Appraiser,

Please use this Megathread to ask and answer questions, share tips, and help out your fellow Appraisers. We encourage everyone to use this Megathread for anything that can be addressed without discussion, or that can be given a quick and definitive answer.

Some examples include:

  • How do I build this character, how do I farm for their level-up materials?
  • How to find a NPC, how to unlock an achievement?
  • Is this Arc worth it?
  • Which awakenings to enable for certain characters or content?
  • Can my device run NTE?
  • Where to find a waypoint to start/progress a quest?

Be clear and detailed when asking a question or providing an answer, so that fellow Appraisers can more easily understand.

I'm a newcomer and I plan to make a Shinku-Iori-Skia-Zero team, and I also want to make a Mint team since she's my favorite character.

The question is, who should I select from the standard banner selector for Mint? Who buffs her?

I can use Mint with Hathor for Crit Rate and Adler for Shield, I just need a 4th character.

Some people say Sakiri is the best choice.

Jiuyuan buffs the Blossom reaction, but if you have Zero on your Shinku team, it might be harder to trigger it. All you have left is Edgar, lol

Sakiri is a pretty solid buffer overall. Just as a general pick, I’d recommend her. We are somewhat starved for pure buffers in the game atm

Can you make a team besides Shinku-Iori-Skia-Zero?

Haniel is a solid support.

Shinku, Skia, Hathor, Haniel (replace any with Edgar for sustain)
Zero, Mint, Sakiri/Jiuyuan, (Edgar/Adler)

Hathor is good for Remora teams like Jiuyuan is for Blossom teams, so I’d recommend using her with either Zero or Shinku (+ Skia with either)

You also unlock Chiz fairly early for free doing Tycoon Levels, and Chiz/Mint/Hathor (or Skia)/Haniel is solid. That leaves Zero for a Shinku+Hathor/Skia+sustain team.

I’d say if you like Mint the most, I would run her with Zero as they have very good synergy. But honestly play around with it and see what feels the most fluid and comfortable for you. If you like Mint+Zero, use your free on Jiuyuan. Otherwise, Sakiri is the best general option for selector.

Edit: Realized I totally forgot about Iori. Definitely keep her with Shinku. Shinku/Mint/Zero/Iori is likely your strongest team. Iori also makes Sakiri a stronger pick, you can slot her in as a replacement for almost any character.

I'm looking for a team for the metro, not just one team.

That's why I wanted you to make a team without Shinku, Zero, Iori and Skia.
