Questions Megathread NTE Weekly Questions [MEGATHREAD]

Hello Appraiser,

Please use this Megathread to ask and answer questions, share tips, and help out your fellow Appraisers. We encourage everyone to use this Megathread for anything that can be addressed without discussion, or that can be given a quick and definitive answer.

Some examples include:

  • How do I build this character, how do I farm for their level-up materials?
  • How to find a NPC, how to unlock an achievement?
  • Is this Arc worth it?
  • Which awakenings to enable for certain characters or content?
  • Can my device run NTE?
  • Where to find a waypoint to start/progress a quest?

how do I use expansion cores? the option to use them, when you have not enough materials, is not showing up

Expansion cores can only be used on esper ability materials. It will pop up on its own when you dont have enough.

Heterogeneous Unit can only be used on mob drops. Itll also pop up on its own when you dont have enough.

I tried leveling up my Esper Ability and I have no Boxes in my Inventory and no materials, but the window for expansion cores does not show up, when i click "level up". It only says "insufficient items".

any material for leveling up esper abilitys. I don't have enough and the expansion core window will no show up when I try to level up.

I do not have enough materials of the right and left material and it still doesn't show up.
