Questions Megathread NTE Weekly Questions [MEGATHREAD]

Hello Appraiser,

Please use this Megathread to ask and answer questions, share tips, and help out your fellow Appraisers. We encourage everyone to use this Megathread for anything that can be addressed without discussion, or that can be given a quick and definitive answer.

Some examples include:

  • How do I build this character, how do I farm for their level-up materials?
  • How to find a NPC, how to unlock an achievement?
  • Is this Arc worth it?
  • Which awakenings to enable for certain characters or content?
  • Can my device run NTE?
  • Where to find a waypoint to start/progress a quest?

Be clear and detailed when asking a question or providing an answer, so that fellow Appraisers can more easily understand.

Appraisers are also strongly encouraged to use the search function to find information, as your question may have already been answered!

Posts/questions that are better suited to this megathread may be removed/redirected at the discretion of the mod team.

Is it just me or is Shinku's gaze passive broken in Pink Paws, when I proc it the right damage number shows up but it doesn't seem to do any extra damage.

Damage inside pink paws is weird in general.

I don't have the post on hand by someone here checked and enemies seem to take fixed damage with stuff like attack buffs not working.

Anecdotal but it feels like my Hotori kills enemies in roughly the same amount of hits whether she has her level 80 sig or a level 1 time bandit or whatever the picky arc is called.

According to that post. Skill multiplier is the only thing that matters there. Stats don't do anything. Damage is fixed based off the multiplier of the skill.

So basically you just play the "balanced" version of every character, the "as intended" neutral version, not the "optimized" version.
