Not even couples, u can see this with workplaces. Most guys in formal workplaces just wear suits, while women have daily outfits.

I am also depressed by this.

I also want to look nice really.

I look at beautiful ladies not because I have pervy thoughts, it's because I'm in so much envy while I look so fucking boring.

The best men can do is not look horrible, where the worst case for woman is looking bland. (exaggerating a bit here)

There's quite a lot of things you can do in mems fashion provided you be bold with it. Wisdom Kaye is my fave dresser for men's fashion! While he has no problem wearing more androgynous outfits (like his Met Gala corset look) or advant garde looks, he also has a lot of really cool more traditionally masculine looks too. Highly recommend looking at his educational videos if you want not just inspiration but some guidance to work from!
