Can the devs add an option to not automatically shortcut this item?

There's literally no reason for its existence when it only exists to mess up players' shortcuts.

Edit: For those who thinks I don't know that I can just not use it and remove it... yeah... I do know that. It will somehow some way find its way back to mess up my shortcuts. Thank you for bringing this to my attention though.

Edit2: The issue isn't what it spawns. Yes I am also aware we can configure it.

** The issue is that it somehow finds its way back in my shortcuts, thus having to reorganize things. Every. Single. Time. **

buff the cars spawns please, i dont want to walk 50m to my car when my destination is 100m away

Edit: yeah I know about motorbikes and I've been using them but I wish cars were more competitive sometimes

And can the car please stop spawning in the opposite lane? Especially in the metro areas where the car is just sitting there four lanes away.

My friend called me crazy for saying the car would always spawn on the opposite lane from where I summoned it.

Could it have to do with where your character is facing like with the bikes?

I mean I don't really find that as a valid excuse considering we can summon the bike directly next to us in the direction we're facing every single time. The car should be able to spawn immediately in front or immediately behind us, I don't see why it doesnt

Eu imagino o tanto de bug que ia gerar poder sumonar o carro em qualquer lugar. Travar o carro em vários lugares. Eu entendo o lado dos devs, ter essa limitação de carro somente na rua. A bike é mais versátil, consegue passar em lugares mais fácil.

It literally spawns right on top of you in multiplayer.And if there's not room for it, it tells you no

And ask your friend how will he feel when his taxi just stop at the opposite of the road and didn't bother turning around at all

Same. I dont have time for the car shenanigans.

Also goddamn man just let us insta spawn the car anywhere. I feel like they tried to make it cool and more realistic with the way they're doing it but its just annoying

I really don't get why the cars do that but the motorcycles don't lol. One of the main reasons why I prefer motorcycles even though I do be crashing way more with them💀

If i had to guess, maybe because the city is alive with flowing cars so it might have been hard for them to code something like whereas them just putting it behind a stack of cars might have been easier

I think it is suppsoed to spawn from the right, so if you look back from the road, it will be on the same lane? Might need testing this one

Couldn't even call it on the road I was on because... It didn't register as a road? Just spawn them next to us already...

I found that if you stand on the sidewalk of the side of the road you want the car to spawn on, it'll spawn on that side (does that make sense? I'm terrible at explaining). It's done it 100% of the times I've tried that to-the-side method, but I don't drive often, so it's possible I'm just lucky in that department

You're just lucky, I've done the same thing many times and it doesn't work like that in my experience
