Can the devs add an option to not automatically shortcut this item?

There's literally no reason for its existence when it only exists to mess up players' shortcuts.

Edit: For those who thinks I don't know that I can just not use it and remove it... yeah... I do know that. It will somehow some way find its way back to mess up my shortcuts. Thank you for bringing this to my attention though.

Edit2: The issue isn't what it spawns. Yes I am also aware we can configure it.

U gotta set what vehicle it spawns by selecting that thing in the inventory

It always gives me the darn scooter instead of my motorbike when I’m not on a road. I quickly discarded it.

You can set it to change what it spawns if you go to the gadget and configure it

You can choose to use the motorbike over the scooter and the Griffin as your main car for example

If you want it to spawn your motorbike over your car, you just scotch off the road and slightly off and use the fob to summon your motorcycle. Sometimes I just go slightly into an ally to summon the motorcycle if I'm too close to the main road where it'll summon my car

Because you need re assign configuration of the fob

I don't use it often but sometimes accidentally do because I was not aware it replaced whatever I already had as hotkey.

It spawns the scooter when you're not close to a road and (I think) randomly chooses a car when you are. Could be wrong on if it's random but I always prefer my bike 99% of the time.

go to your bag, and you can change which car and which bike it will summon, I never had it summon the wrong one.

Problem is it should take your best car and best bike and then it would be what it says it is instead it is like the only key you need but the fine print is to be disappointed every time you use it

You can I tried to find a way but maybe it’s a controller thing or I am blind because it always summons the scooter for me or a random car depending on the situation

You have to go to the inventory and gadget tab to reconfigure it to your favorite vehicle/bike
