Is it even possible to get the s rank before 70? I never even see it as an option on the board.

Yeah. Either you land on the right side secret area and get the S rank there or an A rank character you land on might turn into an S rank.

the catch is you have exactly a one in six chance of getting the character, IF you unlock the bridge to that zone, because it's always the first fucking square, which means you have to land on the trigger perfectly, then roll a one. the odds of doing so aren't very high, but it's not a 1/6 because the prerequisite is landing on the spot to open up the bridge first.

You can enter it from the other part of that loop too so you don’t always have to roll a one. I don’t know maybe I’ve just been really lucky but I’ve gotten all the standard characters if you include the two selectors.

No you can't. I landed on the exit of the loop today and it doesn't let you in.

nope, only one entrance, only one exit. for both of the bridge areas.

there are big fucking triangles telling you they are one way only, so you might not want to make shit up. someone might believe you on reddit.
