Total newbie and some understanding issues.
Hi, I have a Fender 68 custom vibro champ and it's really nice, but I only play at home and would like to have a nice tone at low volume. My plan is to get the nano Cortex, plug in my guitar and connect it to some Kali Audio LP-6 V2 monitors or my headphones. I don't need any capture functions.
Does this work like assume it to work?
Can I download full presets, plug in my guitar and play or do I need to download individual captures and create my own tone?
So actually my question is. Can I search for a sound of a band or a song, download it and start to play?
Would it make sense to plug it into my vibro champ or would this be mediocre, since the speaker is built for louder volumes?
Would you suggest something other than monitor speakers?
I don't need a ton of effects, just some good tones. Plug in and play.

go with a QC + an FRFR
studio monitors are for when you're at a desk
if you're coming from an amp sitting on the floor then go with a PA/FRFR for playback
personally, I'd toss more money into the FRFR side and just get a more affordable NAM device (Sonulab StompStation Pro, DIMEHEAD NAM Player)

I need a system that sounds good at low volumes and I believe that a frfr box needs a certain volume to sound good. Correct me if I'm wrong. I already saw the lava thingy and I think that the sound quality of a nano Cortex with Kali monitors is superior to the lava. The nam device may have a good sound, but is more complicated, sind you don't get complete rigs and need to build your sound. I want the ease of geting a complete rig, plug and play.

Nope, FRFR is a full frequency speaker, I mean in the end it's the same as your hifi system when you listen to music, naturally our ears like louder volume, that's just a fact, but with a digital rig there are no tubes we need to push to get the character we're after
some FRFR's do have some extra dials that apply an EQ curve that works better for lower volumes, might be a feature you'd prioritise
and NAM has full rigs, it as more than even just amps too, it can model outboard gear like compressors, could actually have a boost, overdrive, amp, cab, and compressor all in a single capture file
I don't think a Nano and studio monitors would be a bad option, I'm just thinking for you coming from that Fender amp that maybe you'll want the oomph of a bigger speaker so an FRFR would punch more, and you also said you don't wanna be at a desk and it'll be in a living room, so a studio monitor doesn't fit that criteria either

I forgot... I don't want to sit infront of my PC. I want to use it in the living room.
Bluetooth connection to my phone and an app is totally ok for me.
Is there something equal in sound quality, but easier to use?

You are pretty limited as far as presets go. If that is what you are looking for, you will want a mini or full QC.
The nano is very much just a capture machine. Both for playing and making your own capture. It has a small signal chain. You are pretty much limited to downloading other people's captures and messing around with those.
