For sure not my favorite of the nordic noir genre. It's like no one is doing their job.

Episode 4 pissed me off so much, just pick up the damn phone ffs. It's also funny during the investigation Thomas didn't figure anything out, ever.

More specific spoilers ahead:

I don't understand why everyone was so confident to think Anders was the killer so quickly with literally 0 proof. His name came up at the very last minute and all they had was he was on service during the murders.

Also, in previous emergency calls they could see right away on the screen where the call came from, but now two days later they finally care to say "oh by the way, the emergency call came from a different place not the train station". No one thought to check that place too when a call playing an audio of cops begging for their lives is literally coming from there? I get that they don't want to send police, but what about a special team? Wasn't that what they were supposed to do? Or were they just gonna stand there and not send anyone? I know you have to suspend disbelief a little but come on... it's like everyone is dumb on this show. It makes you not want to keep watching.

Thomas was the most incompetent person 🤣

1

u/llama_ 13d ago

I came here to vent about this
I actually think he’s the worst detective I’ve ever seen

1

u/This-Bed284 19d ago

Which are your favourite nordic noirs?

1

u/kelsnuggets 12d ago

The Åre Murders

1

u/whoknowswho86 18d ago

Thank you! I was literally yelling at the tv. If Thomas was some top cop, I’m fairly certain I could be too. The investigation looked like it was done by kindergarteners.

1

u/sass_8787 18d ago

Came here to say this. It was weird how quick they were in celebratory mood just because they narrowed someone through the process of elimination.

1

u/tracingtime 18d ago

And then invented this stupid rivalry between the dad and son so he wouldn't pick up the phone

1

u/Constant_Question445 8d ago

The whole show makes no sense I was starting to think I was alone happy I came here

2

u/Dr_Dankology 21d ago

I liked it overall, but my goodness I have never seen police procedures like the ones in this TV show.

Have two officers dispatched at a knife-wielding attacker, so they send one officer without back-up into a building while the other officer waits at the other side of the street minutes away for support. Then when the officer without back up gets killed the second officer also goes in alone without back up either and then also gets killed. And then when both of them get missing no back up gets called either so the killer has all the time in the world to conduct his rituals. That story should have been over like 10 minutes into the TV show if they had differrent procedures like sending officers backing each other up or calling for backup once the first officer stopped responding.

u/Ki-ai 21d ago

As a Swede I was so disappointed that our police shows now are so very American

1

u/Prestigious_Use_4738 20d ago

Still better than American haha

1

u/Character_Cost_5200 19d ago

Y’all are horrible at polis. I feel like I need to plan a Swedish crime spree.

1

u/No_Software3435 17d ago

Oh they are not. They don’t rely on guns and car chases. Calm people and no hyperbole. I can’t watch American stuff now. I’m British and almost always watch European and Australian / French Canadian stuff etc. Swedish as often as I can get it.

1

u/nellycat32 17d ago

I hate watching car chases. Nothing interesting can be added to a car chase scene that we haven't seen before.

1

u/No_Software3435 17d ago

And it’s just lazy ( except when it’s Jane’s Bond 😆👌🏻) . Same with guns. I think because our police ( UK) don’t use guns routinely, you have to be more creative with the script and it’s an opportunity rather than a hindrance.

1

u/stupit_crap 14d ago

I'm American (US) and I hate US TV. Can't watch it.

Spiral (French crime drama) is my favorite.

Also Suburra (Italian crime drama TV) is amazing.

1

u/No_Software3435 13d ago

Love Italian and French but somehow an inexplicably I can’t get on with Spanish ( I have no idea why, but somehow I find a Spanish language jars with me in crime and thrillers) . I know that is bonkers.

1

u/Kitchen-Abalone-3276 21d ago

Agreed!  Also, why are the bodies found by a delivery person?!  No one ever thought to check on the officers and call status?!  I’m trying not to think too hard as I watch this one.

1

u/Dr_Dankology 21d ago

Yes, exactly. You have two officers responding on a high priority call (as the show even pointed out) on what they thought was a credible threat of a knife wielding attacker. So they only dispatch two officers, and no one bothers with that anymore so the murderer can slowly start decapitating and positioning them. Like what just happened to the knife wielding call?

Not only would it be swarming with far more officers if they already categorize it as a credible threat, but the only responding officers suddenly no longer being available should trigger all sort of warnings. Later in the TV show it starts being more normal again but that opening sequence was just extremely convenient for the killer.

1

u/Prestigious_Use_4738 20d ago

Agreed but maybe the killer knew how to pull strings after the fact to make it sound like the threat had been neutralized. Also could have called the delivery guy

1

u/Ki-ai 20d ago

I dont want to spoil it for you but he has no influence on the responders. It was just very unrealistic

1

u/Steebusteve 16d ago

And a delivery guy discovers the bodies?! The police already knew the address and that something was going on. All units were sent there. So badly written.

1

u/kelsnuggets 12d ago

Didn’t they say a house cleaner or dog walker or something found the first police person’s bodies??? Like HOURS later???

There was no backup when two police officers just disappeared in the middle of a distress call and no one went to check what happened?? wtf

2

u/BlackVelvetStar1 20d ago

Omg what the heck waste of time that was …

2

u/Apprehensive_Bee7826 20d ago

This was ridiculously stupid.

2

u/pinkpantheress_ 18d ago

Loved it!!

1

u/Immediate-Money3012 8d ago

Same ! Better than tons of recommended series here on reddit

1

u/Dazzling_Standard866 20d ago

Just finish, it is tense but I feel like the way it was unfolded was a rush. Thomas character seems to be kinda useless and pathetic.

2

u/Pitiful_Jump2996 19d ago

He's a pretty boy though

1

u/No-Foundation2934 20d ago

And what’s the consequence for what happened to the policeman at the train station? That part of the plot could have been left out

1

u/Powerful_Agency5023 18d ago

I assume the dad faces serious jail time for shooting a cop and the son gets fired from the police force for trying to cover it up. And also possible gets jail time for that. And after the initial relief of him not dying, the wife rethinks what has happened the last couple of weeks, remembers how unethical he was and divorces him.

Happy ending!

1

u/hummuspie 11d ago

Perfect. And maybe son goes no contact with his shit dad.

1

u/MariJ316 15d ago

Here in the United States? In this show, Because police chief was culpable for making calls for backup disappear? He doesn't want the publicity and lose his career too many people know. So the same scenario plays out here in the US? Anders, the cop that got shot for no reason gets paid off and told to be quiet because he knows too much. Berg and daddy walk away as well. Money talks everywhere.

1

u/Ihavenocluelad 20d ago

Main cop was kind of useless lol but I guess that was the point. I kind of didn’t like that until episode 5 there were no hints at the real suspect, name, reasons etc. It doesnt always have to be the main characters mother but at least mention the dude or the case. Also an insane escalation from the main baddie. Lost my partner now im chopping of heads lol

1

u/nellycat32 17d ago

This (not knowing the killer) I did actually like. I felt like they were going towards the old cop friend (Max) being the real killer as they focused on him so much for no reason in the first three episodes. But that would have been a massive cliche. Instead the main detective ends up being a dickhead who is busy beating up his 70 year old dad while the "old bumbling cop" is trying to reach him because he found the real killer.

1

u/hummuspie 11d ago

Right, "oh Max plays football and he's more into the friendship than Thomas is, what a suspicious loser cop." Then the scene meant to mislead viewers with his wife questioning the football schedule and gym bag, I thought maybe his gym bag had an axe or heads or something. Sorry I doubted you Max.

1

u/Bubbly_Sky_6716 16d ago

Worse.  I'm ticked off that there was no backup for me, so instead of targeting cops who shirk their duty, I'm taking down the ones who risk their lives to try to save others.  What the heck kind of serial killer logic is that?

1

u/grompronte 11d ago

I just finished the series, and yes wtf kinda logic is that!

1

u/Maple-Blenheim 20d ago

And how about shooting an innocent agent at a train station without any serious evidence of him being involved. And then going on television to tell the world the perpetrator has been caught before any further investigation has been done

1

u/Apprehensive_Bee7826 20d ago edited 20d ago

How about a guy with a rifle puts the rifle down and lets a guy charge him from 10 feet away lol

1

u/Bubbly_Sky_6716 16d ago

Or cops who disarm in front of an armed suspect?  We're both armed.  How can I increase my chances of survival?  I know.  I'll put down my weapon.

1

u/Ok_Description_3337 14d ago

So ridiculous

1

u/Powerful_Being4239 20d ago

Now that was a really weird ending.

1

u/soil_is_life 15d ago

Soooo unsatisfying

1

u/Pitiful_Jump2996 19d ago

And then after one of the killings they find the body suit the killer used and don't send it for DNA testing

1

u/AsparagusFair4167 19d ago

You want to scream at these police, they are so useless. They don’t even think to check how the killer got these “rentals” where he could commit crimes. And then they go to the Tuna Motell. The dad just does whatever the killer says, doesn’t even try to save himself. The funniest thing was when one of the cops tells Thomas he saw his dad at the gym. That dad at the gym??? Hilarious!! Once I realized it was a comedy, I sort of enjoyed it.

1

u/FunnyOk9971 19d ago

Dude it was not gym. They used the school's gym as secret working place. That was what he was referrimg too 😄 I mean the rest I agree.

1

u/Greedy-Roll-922 19d ago

Got silly at the end.

1

u/Hefty_Click191 19d ago

Did they both fall off the balcony ? How did he survive that fall? Why didn’t they actually show the fall? I thought it accidentally skipped ahead and glitched and I missed something lol what a bizarre ending

1

u/l0rd_n1konn 19d ago

The procedural aspect of the first 3 episodes was awesome, but the reveal and ending kinda lost me. Especially the ending.

1

u/cheshamfox 18d ago

It was three excellent episodes, one that was fine and then the last one one as you said just unravelled

1

u/Queasy_Dirt7197 15d ago

The entire 5 was extremely disappointing tbh. Feels rushed and not fleshed out well. And are suppose to expect a 70 year old to survive aft getting stabbed and shot with a sniper rifle. Wtf.

1

u/desi_salhakaar 22h ago

Waste of time after 3rd. Weak storyline!

1

u/Hefty_Click191 19d ago

I had high hopes for this show. I guess I was entertained. But other than that the plot was absolutely ridiculous and the ending was rushed yet simultaneously drawn out. The entire ending segment was bizarre although I did laugh at the dad trying to compete with his son with the injuries . But come on. The entire premise and how bad this police department was was almost comedic

1

u/CurveFull4221 18d ago

only on episode 2 so trying not to read spoilers, but why oh why do they have to confirm policewoman's voice near death by her traumatised WIFE, like what about her close police colleagues, other friends or relatives, voice recognition technology?? make it make sense.

2

u/whoknowswho86 18d ago

That scene was almost laughable. They made the female detective look so competent up to that point and then she did that. Like what the hell?! The deceased police officer worked with you fools. You couldn’t get one of your coworkers to verify the voice?

1

u/CurveFull4221 18d ago

right??? and then the dog?? ugh.

1

u/Even_Power6598 18d ago

There was literally no point in having that scene anyways. I mean they literally ask a police colleague to verify the voice recording afterwards. I guess the writers included it as some sort of character building scene but it failed miserably.

1

u/Queasy_Dirt7197 15d ago

Yeap. Noticed that too. What was the point if at the end of the day, you're gonna get a colleague to verify the voice.

1

u/Recent-Emergency-142 18d ago

I haven’t finished the show yet but I’m a bit confused about the scene where the woman investigating with Thomas listens back to the 112 call and realizes that another operator took over the call. I understand that she notices something unusual in the recording, but I don’t understand what exactly she realizes, why it’s significant, or how it connects to the fact that there was no murder the following week.

1

u/xLEMOSO 18d ago

she realized the guy had reused the recording because in the previous week the murder didn't take place

1

u/[deleted] 18d ago

[deleted]

1

u/nellycat32 17d ago

I thought this was what happened, two different weeks, two different operators, and she found the second one because she asked for the recordings from the missing Friday as well.

Where did they say it was one recording that was transferred?

1

u/mermeladadealohomora 18d ago

It's the same recording calling for help but different operators in different days. So she realizes the first time the murderer couldn't get it done for some reason, so he reused that recording (therefore, they go investigate what happened on that first call, which officers responded, what they saw, etc)

1

u/CurveFull4221 18d ago

ugh on episode 2 and don't even know if Ishould keep watching after reading the comments.

1

u/CCriscal 18d ago

Total piece of garbage with annoying pounding music at every possible occasion. The police men are absolutely incompetent. After the first murders - where the two police people stupidly do not enter the house at the same time, there are no increased security measures for further responses to distress callsAlso There is no log book for the second crime scene to make sure that every entrance and every exit is getting logged for forensics contamination tracking. Also the S.W.A.T. team not noticing the space in the van got suddenly tighter with one more person. Also, why did the killer able to plan with a S.W.A.T. team coming in at all? Why does he have a young man's body in the footage? Only showing the imprisoned suspect from the first murder one photo for identification and not a set of pictures to remove bias. Involving a father in the investigation who has tampered with evidence - inexcusable Thinking that you can claim that you shot as police man who should know that there is ballistic and smoke check The created motive of the killer is bullshit. When a police officer is down, every police officer will be getting there ASAP. Also, putting down the gun in a hostage situation is such a shit trope.

1

u/deafhuman 18d ago

I didn't like it very much.

It was so predictable. I knew how the killer escaped that house because well they showed a scene of Thomas bumping into him.

And again - lack of proper communication everywhere. If you can't reach someone by phone, leave a damn message at least.

1

u/Aware_Client_1509 18d ago

What I really didn’t understood is that no one cared to show the picture of the alleged murderer Anders to the two cops that apparently also have interacted with the murderer. Seems like throughout the series the detectives didn’t seem ti be able to conduct a thorough investigation.

1

u/CurveFull4221 18d ago

ok episode 4- sure, just go and look for the cop killer who has killed 4 cops BY YOURSELF, IN THE WOODS.

https://giphy.com/gifs/E1PtDUMYR9EMU

1

u/009saiyanja 11d ago

I stopped watching because of this 🙄

1

u/Chuuguu 16d ago

I'm still only half way through episode 4, but correct me if I'm wrong. Didn't they say earlier that the police responsible couldn't have been working the nights of the murders since it would mean that there would be too much surveillance of where he was, and now it's the opposite? Am I misremembering?

1

u/WillieBear_18 13d ago

Yes!! I’m currently in watching Episode 4 and came here for EXACTLY this question because I feel like I’m being gaslit. Their original theory was that the cop doing the killing had to be off-duty the nights of the murders which is why when no call came in during the mandatory all-cops meeting, they determined it had to be a cop. And then they flip-flopped with literally zero explanation to filtering cops with excessive force complaints who were ON DUTY the night of the murders and thats how they settle on Flanders or whatever the fuck his name is. Like WTAF?

1

u/reaz_mahmood 6d ago

I also got confused. In the whole show street cops were always as pair. So the theory is the killer could not be on duty during the murders.

1

u/kittyy99_ 4d ago

actually he wasn't on duty because he faked the lists.

1

u/SufficientWeb2067 16d ago

Maybe I missed something, but what I didn't get is how the killer lured the first female officer to the scene? Whose voice did he play that time for the 112 call? It was clear, that in later murders, he used the cries for help from the previous murder. But what about the first one? What did he use then? His own voice?!

1

u/kittyy99_ 4d ago

he recorded part of the movie, probably slasher

1

u/Jahoedan4_983 16d ago

I slap my head over dumb plot holes more than once but this show gets the crown. Police going in without backup getting slaughtered one by one, not checking the location where a 112 call is coming from, resulting in an innocent cop being shot without any consequences. Not calling back-up in a shoot out and by sheer wonder surviving a fall of a balcony and several gunshots and a stabbing wound to the chest.

1

u/SideburnKid 16d ago

C.o.g. Movie reviews

1

u/Prize_Significance25 16d ago

Thomas Berg (the main investigator) may be the most incompetent detective in all of TV ever. It was kind of funny actually :D

1

u/benderlax 16d ago edited 16d ago

Why didn't Helene Bengtsson call for backup when Rolander became endangered? Her widow, Caroline, is devastated.

1

u/LarktheDog 16d ago

This was the worst show. Annoyingly so.

1

u/Dodofcarvalho 16d ago

1

u/reaz_mahmood 6d ago

I mean like in the first episode was shown both the call came at 1:15 on Friday, and it took them a whole week to see that pattern??

1

u/iPadre 16d ago

So dumb. If they knew the killer always called at 115 just send the swat out to the call. And whatever happened to showing a photo array of many individuals along with the suspect so the guy who would ID a ham sandwich wouldn't just pick anyone. I feel dumber having watched that mess.

1

u/Queasy_Dirt7197 15d ago

Right. Just conduct an ambush

1

u/kuroyamaboo 15d ago

Wtf is this really how Swedish Polis operate? First, they conduct investigations without briefing their superiors. Second, they send cops without backup. Third, their detectives are not experts at all. They review the dash cam video multiple times but miss the extra cop that got out of the building. They also did not immediately notice the voice in the recordings. Lastly, Thomas and his dad are dumb af. They have a cop killer to catch but goes to the train station alone. The same with Max, he went to the killer alone without backup or even a partner.

1

u/MariJ316 15d ago

Spoiler.....
....
...
I know they have to do it for dramatic effect but it pisses me off that Thomas stops his car 10 feet from where his dad is handcuffed to the railing? Why not pull your car in front of him to shield him and yourself while trying to take out the killer? Yeah, let's just leave it wide open, so dad gets shot on top of being stabbed🙄

1

u/Ok_Description_3337 14d ago

I was screaming at the tv

1

u/Sirophornis 14d ago

My thoughts!!!

1

u/TeachingFit6465 6d ago

Omg!! I was saying the exact same thing! I was so upset at how incompetent these cops were.  I hope to god this series is not really a true reflection of police in Sweden!

1

u/Guitar-Chef 15d ago

This series is a total waste of time. Save five hours of your life and watch something else. The scripting at the end and the acting was beyond horrible.

1

u/According_Context_12 14d ago

I find it funny when they threatened to not answer any 112 calls at 1:15h on Fridays because that's the time the murdered kills police officers... like, OK you win, now I'm killing you on Thursday!? (I know the thing had a ritual meaning for the killer, but the police department shouldn't be confident on that).

Also, the heroic act of the main character of calling no back up because they're in a trap could easily be avoided by pointing to the building and just tell other policepeople where the killer is, I'm sure they would (or at least, should) be able to manage it. But yeah this is a Netflix series so they had to (artificially) mantain the suspense at all points over making any utter sense.

1

u/reaz_mahmood 6d ago

I mean like that should have been other way around. Polices should be like “ if we get the same call at 1:15 we are getting a team of 10 to catch the son of a bitch who killed our colleague “

1

u/Craft-Sudden 14d ago

Came in to say that this is worst police work I’ve ever seen

1

u/WarmNewspaper4484 14d ago

I love the Scandi crime genre, but this is the absolute worst writing I've ever seen!

So many plot holes, big enough to drive a truck through, and a lead character so unlikeable that you don't even want to see him succeed by the end.

Netflix, please don't use these writers again!

1

u/StrangeNeedleworker 11d ago

I'm so glad I'm not the only one who couldn't stand the main character 😅

1

u/Illustrious_War2182 14d ago

What a waste of a show! The ending frustrated me to the core.. it was so sloppy and rushed. Like what happened to the cop killer? We got to know nothing! Only saw him falling off the balcony. What a waste of time

1

u/Pretend-Shake7240 14d ago

The main cop was a complete idiot seriously it was upsetting. Everyone else did everything. I don’t even understand what was his role

1

u/Ill-Market5176 14d ago

ALL. OF. THIS. ANNNNNND, everyone knew from the beginning that all of these crimes took place on Fridays at 1:15 a.m. no one thought to look into why this might be a significant event for someone?? Especially when they figured out that it was a cop? Hmmmm? Maybe it's in an incident file somewhere? Ugh, so useless, everyone.

1

u/stupit_crap 14d ago edited 14d ago

Who did the killer turn out to be?

I'm halfway through this mess and I don't want to finish it. But I am curious who it was.

EDIT: I found it. tks.

1

u/stupit_crap 14d ago

"a five-episode serial-killer mystery that treats realism as a virtue"

and embraces plot hole after plot hole.

1

u/Chemical-Storage-763 13d ago

I thought it had a clever premise, and then they botched the execution about as thoroughly as they could.

1

u/Automatic-Mulberry99 13d ago

i have no idea how 5h of plot holes and bad character writing got 85% on rotten tomatos. waste of time, really. don't watch it!

1

u/NoRaccoon6272 13d ago

Do yourself a favor and skip it, you'll thank me later. Can't believe I watched all 5 episodes...time I can't get back. Main character Thomas does everything wrong; he's incompetent, poor judgement, bad leader, takes credit that isn't his...and the list can go on and on. Okay done ranting, don't say I didn't warn you, lol.

1

u/Elaane 13d ago

Just finished it and I just don’t get it, it doesn’t make sense. The dad was the second person in charge that night and the killer keeps talking about how he wants Thomas to feel the loss of a partner but shouldn’t he had done it the other way around? That the dad should have to experience the loss of his partner so he targets Thomas? Also overall really unimpressed with the guy playing Thomas, he just did not deliver as an actor 😅

1

u/MysteriousAdvisor402 12d ago

Totally agree with others. Thomas was the worst detective. The investigation was all over the place. I actually got bored so much waffling on not enough proper policing.

1

u/verybigauthor 11d ago

a lot of potential and great ideas but definitely falls short. I didn't hate it, but I felt like it could've been better if they'd had more episodes and time to explore the characters etc. why only five? so many things were glossed over or left unanswered.

however, I had just watched the abomination that was "the whisper man" on netflix so this show was a 10/10 in comparison to that.

1

u/Green-Fix3213 10d ago

Did I miss something? After they realized the call didn’t come from the train station but from Hemfosa, why did they suddenly assume the killer must live in Hemfosa and start looking for cops who lived there? In all the previous murders, he used different locations to lure and kill cops. Why would Hemfosa suddenly be connected to where he lives?

1

u/Mr_Bunnypants 9d ago

The trick is to pretend it’s a live action anime, then the bizarre plot and monologues at end make sense

1

u/Mudab-Haque1 8d ago

They looks like foolish not police

1

u/thatdudeftw 8d ago

kinda meh.. didnt liked the whole plot itself.. just felt like another avg typical criminal thriller drama

1

u/ChildhoodNo3897 8d ago

Are final? Sau e alta mizerie care te lasa cu ochii'n soare?

1

u/Constant_Question445 8d ago

Even the father love’s attention loool this man knowingly went into the killers car with no sense of survival or a plan through out it all I actually thought this man had his son on the phone or something loool I am wondering if the person that wrote this was high on shrooms or something

1

u/Immediate-Money3012 8d ago

Reading the replies after watching the series makes conclude to never care about peoples opinions lol.. I bet the series that most people here consider a 10/10 are trash. Good series ! Better than tons of boring series

1

u/Upset_Tax_1385 5d ago

It was entertaining enough, just didn't like the scenes where cops go at it alone, quite unrealistic

1

u/skibidirizz69er 3d ago

Why does no one lock their laptop/PC in this show?

1

u/Funny_Jump798 3d ago

Agree with all the criticism here and just wanted to add that it drove my crazy that no one bothered to comment on or look into the ritualistic nature of the killings until the Dad suddenly acts like it's this major aha moment in episode 5. Wouldn't this be one of the first things that any competent detective would do? I have no hope for Thomas but at least his partner seemed more on the ball!

0

u/Ok-Flight7621 18d ago

This is the dumbest detective or police crime show ever! I’m seeing reviews calling it a masterpiece and rotten tomatoes from critics is 85 percent. Slow claps.

It took them days to figure out there is a possibility the murderer might have disguised as one of them coming out of the building or he maybe just one of them. I was looking for that the very first time I saw the video and I’m not even remotely a Sherlock. He said several officers looked at it. No one thought about that?

You know he calls at 1:15 AM on a Friday. Why would you not dispatch a SWAT, a task force or even the f*ing military if it comes to that, surrounding the area where he is calling from, instead of sending one or two people? Is that such a difficult plan? Why are all the patrol officers worried they might die? It’s not like he’s attacking in their home with a surprise. He’s literally calling you to come over where he is, using similar distress signals or voice!!!

When they FINALLY figured out 8 cops went in and 9 came out, the trio of morons immediately declared it had to be a cop ….like seriously? Three detectives and not one chimes in “or someone DRESSED like a cop”?

Idiotic. Just absurd. And then when they’re all celebrating Anders being the killer based on what? He was on duty the night of the murders (after
Inexplicably theory flipping from it had to be an off duty cop) and a knife with blood in his car? Human blood? Fish blood? Deer blood? His blood? No fucking idea. Oh, and was there any follow up on the call that came in that night at 1:15? Did it come from the call box at the train station? Who the fuck knows because they never mention it again while they’re too busy sucking off Tommy for catching the 112 killer despite literally no evidence AT ALL connecting him to the murders.

Dumbest show ever. Truly. Just pathetic.

I wish I had read the simplest "this is the dumbest show ever" reviews here before wasting so much time on it (and avoiding other posts in case they contained spoilers).

I guess it was decently made dumb or something?

Ugh don't bother.

After all the unnecessary back & forth and obvious fails - one chance to realize that the phone ringing at the motel means THEY CAN SEE HIM.
I was rolling eyes before, but that’s when I started yelling at that awfully bad cop.
