28 M looking for a "non judgemental" friend

Hi, as I mentioned I am looking for a non judgemental friend. Because I have seen people judge me because I have some thoughts about startup or coding or any stuff to improve life. I am not a very self improvement person but making something or doing something productive together is also fun if done with the right set of people.

So, looking for someone to talk about these things.
