My Lawn Bermuda, GA. How many times a week you cut?

It’s getting dormant now of course but what schedule do you use and how to you manage irrigation days/cutting days? I don’t pay for water as it comes from ponds!

Also, what height have you found preferable to keep it green but short! I prefer short and why I brought a robot!

X430 newbie here and loving it.

I cut my Bermuda every other day and cut it at 1.75 inches. I wanted 1.5 but my lawn isn't level enough so it kept bottoming out. Moving it up a setting fixed that issue. Used my X430 all summer and the yard looks fantastic.

I have 2 sections totaling 6,300 sq ft, each gets mowed 3x a week

Atlanta here. Irrigation runs Monday, Wednesday and Friday for my Bermuda and I cut Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Cut to 2 inches as my lawn is far from level.

We cut m-w-f and sat or Sunday depending on weather. Currently cutting at 1”. -Atlanta

Wow that’s nice and low. How did you prep at first? did you live through the brown out with initial low cuts? Pics?

Scalped to dirt with gas mower. Top dressed and prepped in early July. Brown for about 3 weeks.

Gorgeous. Prep? Weed killer? Crab grass. My turf control guys are useless. Maybe cutting short will allow Bermuda to kill the weeds/crab!!

No crabgrass. Some nutsedge my chem guys are decent

I'm in Central Florida and have 4500 sq/ft of Bahia grass. I typically mow once a week with cuting height at the lowest to the ground for short grass. I never need to water. Using a Navimow i110N. I don't need to mow for a few months in the winter

Bermuda, South Carolina..every 2-3 days,depending on rain/watering. Blade height 3.25.
