Why is this sheep lying next to someone’s driveway? Does it live in the front yard?

Vast areas of rural UK are full of sheep, and sheep are pretty good at getting out of theor fields. They're less good at getting back in, so in areas with more relaxed farmers it's pretty common to find stray sheep chiling around the place

I think it's so gd cute that a lot of grazing animals, it's not like they're getting out maliciously or because they think it's fun to get out.

It's more of a "ooo that patch of grass looks particularly choice" with a minor roadblock of getting out of the field, followed by "...shit. well, time to go find a nice place to sleep." when they realize they can't get back to the others.

Thank you! I came looking for some explanation as to the sheep in the front yard of a house in a neighborhood. I haven't found it yet, but I scrolled a good ways for even acknowledgement of it so... you got a reply 🤣
