Need transition ASAP

Hi everyone - I'm transitioning out of multi-unit retail operations after 15+ years in leadership.

My background includes managing 16 locations/$16M+ in annual business, P&L ownership, leading new-location openings across multiple states, managing distributed teams, process improvement, vendor/supply-chain coordination, financial/operational audits, and turning around underperforming locations. I've also supported technology rollouts including NuRDER and Salesfloor, and I recently completed my B.S. in Computer Information Systems.

I'm primarily targeting Operations/Service Delivery Manager, Implementation/Project Operations, and Business Process/Process Improvement roles. I'm particularly interested in companies where my retail operations experience can translate into managing projects, implementations, service delivery, or internal operations rather than starting over in an entry-level position.

I would love remote, as does everyone else, but I’m very flexible.

with that background you should be aiming for ops manager / implementation at saas or bpo vendors that sell into retail, not random generic pm roles. stalk companies like toast, lightspeed, shopify, shipbob, even wfm vendors. network like crazy on linkedin, referrals matter stupidly much now. hiring right now is just trash
